For RWAs and facility managers

Bring Washing Daddy to your society.

Most societies have a dozen informal washers in the basement, none of them on a gate list, all of them using the society's water. We replace that with one accountable team.

Why societies choose us

Six things the informal washer cannot give you.

Verified, uniformed staff with ID

Every pilot is an employee with police verification, Aadhaar and PAN on file. We share the gate list and ID cards with your security desk and can produce the verification file on request.

No water wastage

Our rigs carry their own water and use 5 to 8 litres per car by design. We meter and report every litre, including any drawn from a society tap with your consent.

No puddles, no run-off

Low-flow pressure washing and microfibre drying leave the basement floor dry. No buckets tipped into the drain, no slip hazards.

Gate-pass lists that stay current

A named list of pilots authorised for your society, updated the day it changes. Nobody enters who is not on it.

A single point of contact

One supervisor's phone number for the whole society. Complaints, access issues and schedule changes go to one person who can act.

A monthly usage report

Cars served, washes completed, litres used, exceptions logged and any incidents, sent to the RWA every month.

What we need from the RWA

Three small things, and we can start.

  1. 1

    A tap point (optional)

Pilots normally carry their own water. If the society can offer a metered tap point in the basement, refills are quicker and we report what we draw.

  2. 2

    Basement hours

The window in which pilots may work, usually early morning. We fit our routes to it.

  3. 3

    A gate list

Approval of our named pilot list at the security desk, and a contact on the RWA side for changes.
