How it works

What actually happens, step by step.

Everything below is what actually happens, in the order it happens. If a step seems fussy, it is usually there to stop a dispute later.

01

Onboarding

You tell us your society, tower and parking bay, with the basement level and pillar number if there is one, and whether a gate pass is needed. You add your vehicle: registration, make and model, colour, and size class. Then a pilot or a supervisor takes a set of photos around the car and marks any existing scratches and dents. That baseline record protects you and protects us.

  • Society → tower → basement level → bay
  • Vehicle registration, make, model, colour, size class
  • Hours the car is normally available for a wash
  • Baseline photos of pre-existing damage
02

The morning wash window

Pilots start early and work through their society in a fixed order: tower by tower, top basement first. Your car is washed inside the availability window you gave us. If the car is not there, or is boxed in, the pilot records it with a photo and the app tells you what happened.

  • Fixed route per pilot, same society every day
  • Premium and Signature get a guaranteed slot
  • Car not present or blocked is recorded with a photo, not silently skipped
03

What a wash includes

Every plan starts with a daily exterior pressure wash: body, glass, wheels and wheel arches, dried with a microfibre. Higher tiers add interior vacuuming, tyre shine, glass treatment, polish and wax on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly rhythm. The exact list is on the plans page.

  • Exterior pressure wash and microfibre dry, daily
  • Interior vacuum and tyre shine, weekly, on Pro and above
  • Polish and glass treatment, fortnightly, on Premium and above
  • Full interior weekly and wax monthly on Signature
04

The proof timeline

Each wash creates a record you can open in the app: the pilot's name and ID, time in and time out, before and after photos with timestamp and location, litres used, and the services performed that day. This is the artefact that replaces trust with evidence.

  • Pilot name, photo and ID number
  • Time in and time out
  • Before and after photos, timestamped and geotagged
  • Litres of water used
05

Redo and skip credits

If a wash is not up to standard, tap Redo within 2 hours and the same pilot returns. If you are travelling, mark the days as skipped and your renewal moves forward by the same number of days.

  • Redo within 2 hours, same pilot
  • Skip days move your renewal date; they are not cash
  • Redos are tracked per pilot as a quality metric
06

Safety and damage

The baseline photos from onboarding are the reference for any damage claim. Pilots photograph any damage they find on arrival before they start, and the app flags it to you. If you believe a wash caused damage, raise it in the app within 24 hours with photos and we investigate against the wash record.

  • Pre-existing damage record at onboarding
  • Damage found on arrival is photographed and flagged before the wash
  • [Public liability and damage cover details — to be confirmed with insurer]
07

What we do not do

Some things are off the table because they are the reason societies distrust car washers in the first place.

  • No hosepipe, ever
  • No water from society tanks or taps without the RWA's written consent
  • No run-off into the basement; the rig is low-flow and we dry as we go
  • No unverified substitutes; if your pilot is off, a verified colleague is assigned and named in the app
  • No starting the engine or moving your car
