You get a uniform, an electric two-wheeler and the pressure-washing rig. You do not buy your own equipment.
Training
Paid training on the rig, the wash method, the app and how to work inside a gated society before your first route.
Incentives
Tiered monthly incentives on washes completed and customer ratings, on top of salary.
Same society every day
A fixed route close to the depot. You are not sent across the city.
An ID card and a name
Customers see your name and photo before you arrive. You are a known person, not an anonymous washer.
What we ask for
Five things, and you are in.
- Police verification (we arrange it and pay for it)
- Aadhaar and PAN
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence
- Comfortable starting early, six days a week
- Basic smartphone use; we train you on the app
